Refund policy
We offer a 15-day return policy worldwide, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original unopened packaging with all included contents. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. For international returns, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
